About	Mark Mockensturm established Mockensturm, Ltd in 1999. After graduating from law school in 1993, he served for umpteen firms in the Toledo area specializing in employment litigation and real estate transactions. During that time, people who learned his training as a CPA sought advice in their dealings with the IRS and other tax specialists. He was frequently able to assist these people in resolving their problems promptly and fairly. Mark determined to give his aid to a list of people who recently obtained notice of IRS liens filings in 1999. Mark believes that his success is mainly due to the excellent rapport he has built with IRS and other tax agencies. He and his staff have built a reputation as effective and responsive representatives, which has earned him trust and cooperation from local tax authorities.
