About	Brenda A. Ray is a tax lawyer and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with three decades of business and tax advising experience. Brenda obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the Ohio State University College of Law, where she was a member of The Ohio State Law Journal and Health Law Moot Court team. She earned her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Toledo, graduating summa cum laude as the Valedictorian of her class in 1991. Her law practice concentrates mainly on mergers & acquisitions, business advising, federal and state taxation, IRS representation, and more. Brenda has licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan and before the United States Tax Court.
