| About | Dr. Tom Gallaher is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Memphis in 1990. He did his general surgery internship and residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
