About | The Mobile Carnival Museum is a history museum that tells the over 300 years history of Carnival and Mardi Gras in Mobile, Alabama. It is located on Government Street in downtown Mobile, in the historic Bernstein-Bush mansion. It features 14 galleries, 5 video presentations, and a gift shop. The Queen gallery of the museum showcases the gowns, trains, and jewels worn by the Carnival queens. Interactive displays can be found in the mansion's former carriage house.
