Now Pizzeria Bianco has two locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and two Pane Bianco restaurants. Bianco won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2003. Pizzeria Bianco uses the finest ingredients for making pizzas, and their vegetables and meat are hand-sliced perfectly. They made pizza sauces from the hand-picked tomatoes smashed well and cooked with some secret spices in a low flame.
