About	Elmo's Diner in Durham started in the spring of 1997, in the Ninth Street shopping area of Old West Durham. It has been a neighborhood Durham people's favorite for more than twenty years, with the vast majority of their business being repeat clients. It has taken satisfaction in giving friendly, expert service and serving healthful, delicious foods like you would make at home if you had the time. The restaurant has large glasses, wooden floors, high roofs, and old red brick grace at the Durham area, that's giving a warm and relaxed feel. They treated for you are their colleagues and neighbors, and they need you to feel good about eating at Elmo's. Their team doesn't work mixes or "instant" meals; desserts and soups are prepared from scratch too–some folks even visit regularly to find out if their choice cobbler is the first that day.
