She practices every day, and she looks and feels so much better for it. In 2010, she was qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher with BSY and started Yoga-etc. Tina wants to share with you what she has learned to help you feel the many wonderful physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Yoga. she has fully insured and is a member of the Independent Yoga Network (IYN). During 2020 due to the pandemic, She moved her classes online and has continued to teach Monday evenings & Friday mornings that can be booked online via her website. Yoga-etc is committed to helping you to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally in any way. The right performance of yoga asana requires the participation of one’s whole being.
