About	Live Love Yoga was set up in 2009 by Nathalie after many years of travelling, sailing, practising yoga and running along countless empty beaches and coastal paths. They run yoga workshops and instructor training courses while helping yoga teachers internationally with their innovative mentoring programs and online training programs. Their courses and private sessions provide the ideal balance of well-being and fitness. They have a variety of classes to accommodate you including local group workshops, private small groups and 1:1 bespoke packages, with the option of including a fitness or diet session. Nathalie is a professional instructor of yoga, body worker, and personal trainer. As a trained teacher, she has also worked in both formal and informal education environments with some of the most demanding young people.
