It is open to tourists to see the ornate plasterwork and original family furniture seen alongside portraits and photos of the St John family. The drawing-room in the Lydiard House is richly decorated with family portraits and Giltwood furniture. The house is a stunning and unique location for civil ceremonies and wedding receptions and birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebratory parties or dinners. It also has the original 1820s red flock wallpaper and the white marble fireplace. Lydiard Park is a beautiful place to spend time with nature. |
