| About | Nehru Science Centre was opened to the public in 1985. It is one of the largest interactive science centres in India. The museum building houses permanent science exhibitions on different themes, set in an 8-acre land amidst a park with various plants, trees, and shrubs. This science museum features interactive exhibits for kids & adults, plus seminars, events & lMAX films. It has the best infrastructure and skilled workforce to develop and organise high-quality scientific shows and other related instructional activities. Nehru Science Centre has more than five hundred hands-on and interactive science exhibitions. The museum has a record for attracting over 7,50,000 people to visit, learn, and enjoy the holidays every year. You can also have tea/coffee & snacks here. Nehru Science Centre offers free entry for children up to 3.4 feet (102 cm) of height, Defence & Paramilitary forces in uniform, and Physically challenged persons and ICOM members. |
