About	National Museum is one of the largest museums with various collections of artefacts from centuries back. The museum was designed by the architect Ganesh Bikaji Deolalikar and was established in 1949. National Museum holds a wide array of the pre-historic era to modern artefacts. The museum also contains over 200,000 exhibits found in various periods. It has an impressive collection of artefacts representing 5000 years of Indian art.
