About | Museum of Anthropology is nestled at the University of British Columbia (UBC) campus. It is the perfect place to explore the traditional and contemporary art from Northwest Coast First Nations and other cultures worldwide. You can also see the magnificent carvings, weavings and contemporary artworks. The gallery has more than 16,000 objects from around the world are displayed. In addition, it has monumental Haida houses and poles on the museum’s grounds. Museum of Anthropology also provides a wide range of special exhibitions, public programs and free guided gallery walks. The museum offers free admission for UBC students, Indigenous peoples, MOA Members, and Children 6 or under. |
