| About | The Greater Vancouver Zoo is dedicated to education and conservation. It is home to many rescued, donated and orphaned animals. The Greater Vancouver Zoo's goal is to encourage knowledge of the environment by keeping the community engaged and promoting conservation efforts. Visitors can explore the sounds of nature of 140 animals at the center of the Fraser Valley, 120 acres away. For the indefinite future, the Greater Vancouver Zoo will be a largely one-way experience, clearly set out and illustrated to ensure a simple, understandable, and satisfying visit.
