About | The Fredericton Botanical Garden is a volunteer organization responsible for developing the garden, located at the western end of Odell Park. In 1990, the City of Fredericton committed a site to the west of Odell Park, and the Botanic Garden of Fredericton was born. The Garden has grown since its formation through the collective efforts of FBGA members and the community. It is a destination where many plants are grown for research, educational, and ornamental purposes, often including a library, herbarium, greenhouses, and an arboretum. Visitors can explore a mix of flowering plants, scenic little nooks, and crannies. |
