About	Bonita Ledua serves as the Executive Director and is a Registered Psychotherapist. She finished her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. Bonita focuses on Narrative Therapy and Family Systems Theory. She helps struggling couples improve their marriages and assists those experiencing psychological distress due to the trauma of childhood abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder. Bonita enjoys working with family members of all ages to improve their family dynamics. She supports her clients using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Bonita also has a passion for equipping people in caring well for others, increasing listening skills and empowering others in supportive roles.
