| About | Crocosaurus Cove is the largest display of Australian reptiles. It is also home to the "Cage of Death", where visitors face massive man-eating Saltwater Crocodiles. In a cage of death, visitors carefully lowered into the water with a 5m saltwater crocodile for 15 minutes. The Cage of Death activity offers swimmers the opportunity to get up close and personal with the saltwater crocodiles. It has a 200,000-litre freshwater pool and visits its turtles at the top end of the Billabong turtle. Crocosaurus Cove provides the City of Darwin with a unique inner-city Wildlife destination that allows tourists to see the famous Top End Crocodiles from 3 months to 80 years of age. Crocosaurus Cove also provides twenty interactive stations, and kids-themed guided tours. |
