| About | Mount Whitfield Conservation Park is a tranquil conservation park that offers walking tracks with scenic viewpoints. It is a forested area surrounded by urban development. It also has patches of eucalyptus forests and cycad grasslands. The park provides excellent opportunities for nature-based recreation and educational activities. The visitors will lead up to the forest slope by the two linked circuit trails, which provide views of Cairns city and suburbs. Mount Whitfield Conservation Park provides the famous track Red Arrow, Blue Arrow, Green Arrow and Yellow Arrow. The blue arrow is the perfect hike. The red arrow was paved and had defined steps which are good if you’re going to jog along with it. |
