About	St. Petersburg Yoga was founded by Chris Acosta over 25 years ago and has grown from a one-instructor studio to one of the area’s most trusted centers for Yoga & Wellness. The yoga studio offers more than 70 group classes per week and weekly Mind-Body-Life workshops on topics ranging from back pain to anxiety. They also provide Private Yoga Sessions and run 200 & 500 Hour Teacher Training programs. All instructors at the St. Petersburg Yoga studio are highly trained and certified with the Yoga Alliance. Their instructors are trained in many different styles of yoga, from Hatha to Ashtanga. They believe that mindfulness practices, including Yoga and Meditation, have the power to create profound positive transformation in body, mind, and life. St. Petersburg Yoga specializes in supporting pupils to learn what the right practices are for their particular body/mind, recognizing that yoga is not one-size-fits-all.
