| About | Pure Hot Yoga is a group of creative, open-minded people interested in meditation, learning, and healing. Their studio is offering the original hot yoga in its purest form since 2003. They continue to offer the original hot yoga series, a demanding fixed yoga sequence of 26 postures (asanas), and two breathing exercises that work the entire body inside and out. The class is conducted in a heated room (100-105 degrees) to improve circulation, help eliminate toxins, and significantly reduce the risk of injury during deep muscle stretching. The heat warms the muscles and allows you to work deeper and safer. The heat also heals, helps prevent injuries, and promotes sweating which flushes toxins from your body. The hot environment commands a sharpening of your mental focus, concentration, and willpower during class. Pure Hot Yoga is a locally owned and loved studio by the surrounding people. |
