Energize Hot Yoga Santa Rosa's most popular classes include Inferno Hot Pilates, a 60-minute high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to tighten, tone, and strengthen your core. They also have non-heated restorative classes utilizing blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps for the best relaxing stretch possible. They are open seven days a week with over 50 classes to chose from. If you are new to the studio or have not been to the studio in one year or longer, get $49 for One Month of Unlimited Yoga (31-day special) or five classes for $35 (31 days special).
