About	inwrks yoga is a well-renowned yoga studio which is located in Redlands. They are a Power Yoga studio providing hot power vinyasa classes. inwrks yoga was born out of the prohibition of health and wellness facilities. Rochelle is the Owner and Instructor of the inwrks yoga. Rochelle began practicing yoga consistently 16 years ago. She fell in love with the practice, how it strengthened her, both mind and body. She began teaching in March of 2015 and was certified as an RYT200 shortly after and committed to connecting with her students and melding different yoga practices to create flows that will challenge them and keep them engaged and present. She is also Yin Yoga and Primal Flow Yoga certified. Their studio is located 10 miles away from the San Bernardino.
