| About | Divine Yoga offers beginner-friendly yoga classes daily. Amrit Kaur Khalsa and Mhan Rishi Singh Khalsa are co-directors of the yoga studio, teaching and practicing kundalini yoga according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. They are KRI certified, and Yoga Alliance registered Kundalini Yoga instructors. Their studio classes are non-competitive, relaxing, do-able for everyone, and yet challenging. Students can get assistance in developing their home practice from any of Divine Yoga’s teachers. They have 4 teachers to choose from & every class is different. They also offer a lot of variety in their classes. They offer workshops every month at a very reasonable price, just $10 more than their drop-in rate! Both their “3 Gongs Bath” which, includes yoga warm-ups, and “Light & Bliss Private Healing Sessions are particularly popular. All the classes on the schedule are offered in-person and 5 classes are also offered through Zoom. Private classes are also available with Amrit upon request. |
