| About | YoBa Studio is a community studio located in downtown Raleigh, NC. Sam is YoBa Studio's founder and director. Sam's first love is a dance she realizes now as an adult, even more so, how important strength, breathing, and listening to your body is essential to a happier, healthier. The studio classes are suitable for everyone, from first-timers to advanced students. They love to explore the potential of yoga but care most about creating an environment where everyone is truly accepted and welcomed. The studio offers classes in both heated and unheated Hatha Yoga as well as Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Kettle Bells, Meditation, Massage Balls, and Bow Spring. They also regularly offer a variety of Workshops. They are offering online classes and resources for students due to COVID-19. Their values are rooted in a foundation of community, connection, and mindful movement. |
