The classes are a combination of Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and influences from Anusara. The yoga studio is dedicated to Bhakti and Shakti yoga, using asana’s to unite body and mind. Shakti is cosmic existence and liberation, its most significant form being the Kundalini-shakti, a mysterious physiopsychospiritual force. |
