About	Miami Life Center is a lovely homegrown yoga studio in the heart of the Coconut Grove neighborhood. The yoga studio officially opened its doors in 2006 with just a dozen classes a week, and they've become a quaint little enclave, celebrated for many things besides their talented team of teachers. Miami Life Center schedule includes courses that range from the traditional to the eclectic, from challenging, fast-paced yoga to therapeutic and gentle-stretchy yoga, including Yoga Sculpt and Yoga for Alignment. They invite the community to experience the far-reaching forces of yoga, providing weekly lessons each month to benefit a specific organization and hold twice a week free "chair yoga" classes for seniors and mobility-impaired people.
