About	Spirit of Yoga was built out of the award-winning Southwest Institute of Healing Art's Yoga Teacher Training program, which has changed the lives and elevated the careers of countless practitioners, instructors, and clients alike. KC Miller is the Founder of the award-winning, nationally accredited Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Spirit of Yoga is a brand new, world-class auxiliary facility for Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Practice. Their Yoga Studio facility and location have changed, but the mission remains the same to offer Yoga Classes that are affordable, flexible, and transformational. Spirit of Yoga is open 365 days a year, offers 38 classes per week from meditative to high energy. Spirit Of Yoga strives to teach an authentic expression of yoga with a transformational approach, honoring a diversity of practices and belief systems.
