The studio is beautiful, with big windows that open to a tree-lined park. The yoga studio is led by long-time DTC yogis Karey and Matt Goebel and a team of Colorado’s most beloved yoga teachers. At ONE Yoga you can practice the best Yoga in the DTC. Whether you are a brand-new beginner yoga student or an advanced yogi, you have class. ONE Yoga provides Greenwood Village with more than 40 great yoga classes (In-Person & Livestream) each week. They also offer Denver’s best Yoga Teacher Training. Their studio offers three beautiful rooms for classes. They provide hot power yoga and unheated traditional Hatha Yoga. So you can choose to sweat and groove.
