Their introductory yoga class is suitable for those completely new to yoga or those who have completed a Beginner's or Continuing Beginner's Yoga Series. Breathwork and poses will be taught at a slower pace allowing students to understand the fundamentals of yoga. The classes are so thorough and taught by some of the most critiqued and thoughtful instructors who are very knowledgeable about Yoga's style. Day Yoga Studio accepts gift certificates for any of their class passes, series, or workshops. It can also be used in spa and wellness treatments.
