Warrior 1 Yoga offers a wide selection of yoga classes, including Hot Ashtanga, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Power Yoga, Warm Beginner Yoga, Hot Absolute, Bikram, Sculpt, and Butt lift Hot Yoga. Their classes are heated between 95-106 Degrees with 30-50% humidity and last anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes per class.
