| About | Aurora Yoga Center is a place where you can connect your mind, body, and soul. Jeff Manning has been teaching Yoga since 2001. His teaching style has been heavily influenced by the Iyengar method, where the key principles are alignment and safety. He uses his knowledge to create therapeutically focused classes. Jeff studied for three years at the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco for teacher training. He currently takes classes from master teacher Gabriel Halpern in Chicago. Jeff also holds a B.A. in Recreation with an emphasis in therapeutics and is a Massage Therapist at the AYC. Their yoga studio specializes in safe Yoga for everybody. They also offer the best massage therapy. Online-Monthly class subscriptions are available at $50 per household. |
