Deepwater Yoga's Yoga Basics class gives a chance to hone your foundational alignment and technique skills. They are using YogaFit's seven principles of alignment; they will safely construct basic poses from the ground up. Their gentle chair yoga is soft form of yoga done seated in a chair or using a chair for support. Chair yoga will strengthen your flexibility, concentration, and strength like other types of yoga while improving your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.
