About	Off The Griddle is a cozy choice for inventive vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free lunches, brunches & cocktails. It was founded by Ashley Arthur and Dan Harding. Together the pair have created a unique, Portlandesque food cart providing vegetarian meals in as sustainable a manner as possible. It is a vegetarian-friendly vegan restaurant serving up an ever-widening array of American-style brunch fare, most of which is available Gluten-Free as well. Savor their delicious Meatloaf wrap, which consists of walnut meatloaf, dinosaur kale, tomato, a zesty vegan ranch in an organic flour tortilla—served with fries or horseradish slaw. Don't forget to taste their delicious desserts or drinks such as black cherry soda and organic iced tea. They also have a bar set up with craft beer. Off The Griddle also affords dine-in and takeout.
