About	Yumi is a gem teeming with locals who rave about the fresh and generous sushi rolls. It is the first of a two-part expansion for the Excelsior, Michigan-based Japanese restaurant. At Yumi's Sushi Bar they are dedicated to serving the finest sushi in Minnesota and bringing you that unforgettable experience. The interior is long, with clean lines that make great use of large windows overlooking Selby Avenue. The entrance is from a large parking lot, and an open kitchen overlooks several tables where customers can watch the chefs prepare dishes. The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic to serve Asahi beer. In addition, Yumi serves various other Japanese dishes, and their bar takes full advantage of Japanese spirits, including whisky.
