About	Shema Sushi is a quiet, urban nook with a sushi bar offering Japanese noodle dishes along with beer & sake since 2007. Chef Young Choi is a skillful sushi chef trained by his sensei Saito and obtained the Traditional Japanese sushi skill as a cook. He also has many experiences of being a head chef of many Japanese restaurants in the DC area. The decor of the restaurant is pleasant and cozy. Their rice is always soft with a creative selection of specialty rolls. They have a pretty large order with rolls, combo specials, entrees, and appetizer. All the rolls are expertly made with good uniformity and generous amounts of ingredients. The sushi boat consists of two miso soups, two salads, two special chef rolls, and 20 pieces of nigiri sushi with some seaweed salad.
