About	Blue Ribbon Sushi is a relaxed sushi bar offering classic rolls and sake in a cozy, traditional atmosphere. Bruce and Eric Bromberg have been guiding forces in the culinary world for 30 years and are founders of Blue Ribbon Restaurants. Blue Ribbon Sushi New York is the first collaboration between Bruce & Eric Bromberg and sushi master Toshi Ueki. The cosy cedar-clad restaurant has an extensive range of fresh fish flown in daily from the Sea of Japan as well as both the Atlantic and Pacific seas. Blue Ribbon Sushi features many combinations of fresh ingredients and delicacies and an award-winning sake list. The staff is pleasant and responsive to your needs. The sushi master has prepared the fish to perfection in order to bring out the tastes. They offer private or semi-private dining options and special event buy-outs.
