About	Sushi Train is a modern space featuring Japanese fare, plus the option of selecting sushi off a moving conveyor belt. It is located in Lion's Head Village, Nashville. It is an excellent place for sushi beginners to try different sushi rolls, and they have a sign that describes the rolls as they come around. Sushi Train provides the customers with a unique experience to eat from the train. The train goes around the entire restaurant with all different types of roles, salads, appetizers, and desserts. Each plate has the name and a short description of the roll to know what you are getting. You can order off an ala carte menu for additional options. Bonsai Roll is a combo of spicy white tuna, crunch inside, topped with fresh tuna, salmon, yellowtail & rainbow tobiko, served with ponzu & nuta sauce.
