About	Churchill's Steakhouse is a complete kitchen and bar-setting restaurant specializing in serving dry-aged steaks, lobster, crab, and fine wine. The restaurant opened in 2007 in Spokane, WA, and soon became one of the most outstanding steakhouses on the western side of the country. Churchill's love for fresh meat is unmatched. Bill Alles, the owner of Churchill's Steakhouse, comes from a long line of meat traders. They provide a Chicago-style quality and atmosphere that can only be matched in the Windy City. All their beef is purely USDA Prime, from mid-western cattle, corn-fed and dry-aged, and all steaks are continued to serve with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, finely baked bread, and imported butter. Their gift cards are only available for in-house dining at their restaurant in Spokane, WA.
