The award-winning Tucano Brazilian Grill is a community-oriented conceptual dining venue that seamlessly blends Brazilian barbecue culture with the fun and flair of Rio de Janeiro beaches. Their founders, Steve Oldham and Joe Heeb formed the first Tucanos in 2000 in Utah, Provo, and launched six more outlets through their hard work. Their kitchen features specially seasoned or marinated meats and vegetables (nearly 20 varieties), grilled and then cooked perfectly off the skewers at each table until guests' appetite was fully satisfied.
