It has risen out of Detroit's Revolution and is a new version of the classic American Steakhouse. Prime + Proper was built-in 1912 by perfectly encapsulating the mission and vision. Their in-house dry-age vault is visible through a full-length, floor-to-ceiling design window, showing potential steaks in the Himalayan rock walls lined with salt. Guests can enjoy the extensive menu choices of steaks, chops, appetizers, salads, entrees, sides, and desserts. Their USDA Prime Beef is dry-aged for 28 days, and USDA Prime Lamb for no less than 14 days. Their Japanese Wagyu is expertly aged and cut to perfection.
