| About | Barbacoa Grill is an Inventive Spanish-American fare that serves open-fire grilled steaks in a vibrant and stylish atmosphere. It is developed by Robert and Martine Castoro in collaboration with Thompson Interiors (2005 National Award Winner for Hotel and Restaurant Design). It is a museum, an art gallery. Robert Castoro, born in New Jersey, grew up in the harbor town of Maine, cultivating and trapping lobster. He began his professional career in importing art in California and has been a restaurateur for more than 20 years. Barbacoa’s culinary delights are a tribute to the rancher and cowboy of the Pacific Northwest. Gift cards can be obtained in person at Barbacoa or by phone with a member of their hostess team.
