About	Chamas do Brazil is a traditional Brazilian steakhouse with 16 varieties of cut meats and an extensive salad bar with more than 50 items. Chamas do Brazil, which is Flames of Brazil, and their unique form of roasting beef is based on the centuries-old custom of Gaucho, known as churrasco. Churrasco developed in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos pierced various forms of meat and grilled it over open flamed pits. Their perfectly prepared meat dishes by the fresh ingredients used on grilled steaks, sirloins, filet mignons, shrimp, pork, chicken, and seafood ensure each dish's unique taste.
