About	Valley Brewing Company boasts one of Stockton's most beloved and famous family restaurants. It was owned and run by Kellie Craig; she originally bought the company with her father, Pat Craig, who held Craig & Hamilton Meat Company for 35 years. Its beer was initially brewed here in Stockton in the 1950s by the El Dorado Brewing Company. As a popular-priced beer for the locals and the only brewing business in the Valley, its victory lasted many years. Valley Brewing Company has multiple large-screen TVs connected along with autographed sports memorabilia from hockey, baseball, soccer, and regional sports greats. Eric Davis has been in the establishment trade for over a decade.; he was culinary-trained at Delta University and began his career in Lodi. He incorporates social, seasonal, and fresh products into the menu at Valley Brew. Their hard-working team serves lunch and dinner in a sport and family-friendly atmosphere.
