Chef Kurt Theleman developed a menu filled with traditional favorites such as crab cakes and oysters, as well as specialties such as the three-pound jumbo live Maine lobster and the Salt Cellar Combination. The Salt Cellar Restaurant also serves choice Black Angus steaks, a chicken entrée, and even beef Wellington. The restaurant delivers the tastes of New England-style seafood in a culinary experience that takes diners three flights of stairs underground. The Salt Cellar Restaurant proudly serves only the finest aged cuts of Certified Black Angus Beef. All entrees are served with a dinner salad, vegetable of the day, fresh-baked bread, and a choice of baked potato or Chef's daily starch.
