About	Original Sub Shop & Deli is owned by Jackie & Sarkis David. Original Sub takes pride in its fresh ingredients, scratch-made soups, and sauces, as well as local cheeses, jams, and seasonal veggies. The Davids have perfected the sub shop for over 36 years, from their incredible collection of soups, distinct take on traditional deli salads, and sub sauce. They serve every sandwich on fresh-baked all-crumbs artisan bakery bread, spend inspiration and ingredients gathered every Saturday morning at the Farmers' Market. Their staffs love to work with their local vendors every chance they can get. They also enjoy hosting evening events such as wedding rehearsal dinners and showers.
