He is a highly motivated, energetic individual, originally from Daly City , California. He took his convictions of hard work , discipline and commitment and applied it to the 1994 opening of the first Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop. Through his years of experience as a client, as an employee, and as a businessman, he developed his method and then applied it to his own store, catapulting the original store to be the place of choice for the San Mateo County Sandwich.
