About	Crostini Sandwiches is a small, hidden gem on Madison's east side. The owner of the restaurant, John Kokkines, comes from a long line of owners. John's mother and father owned Chicago area restaurants for 30 years. John took bits and pieces from all the restaurants he had previously worked at and used his knowledge in different cuisines to create an exciting menu with a mix in western, Italian, and American flavors. They provide outdoor seating and catering service. Their sandwiches are always superbly fresh with crisp and crunchy ingredients that give a burst of flavor. The partons can try their delicious Philly Cheesesteak, Rueben Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, grilled cheese, ham and swiss sub, salami and cheese sub & kids tenders.
