Minnie & Lovie Ward Recreation Center is a new 1,000 square feet building dedicated to using by young adults and teenagers. The recreation center comprises a gym, a kitchen, a weight room, an auditorium, and an office at the ground level. Their multipurpose rooms feature arts and preschool, crafts room, kitchen, and weight room, forming the recreation center's spine. The recreation center shares a 10-acre park with baseball and soccer fields, tennis, and basketball courts. The center also affords tot classes, after-school programs, and dance classes for seniors.
