About	Dr. Michael Zyzda is a well-trained podiatrist who has been practicing in Denver and the surrounding communities since 1989. He received his doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Michael Zyzda has finished the Veterans Administration Podiatric Surgical Residency in Denver, CO. During his residency, he received extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, advanced wound care, severe infections, and preventing amputations in people with diabetes. Dr. Michael Zyzda can treat all types of foot conditions, including nail and skin conditions, complex fractures, and hammertoes. He continues his training in some specialized fields such as shock wave therapy and endoscopic & laser surgery. He is a former foot and ankle specialist for the Denver Nuggets Basketball Team.
