About	Dr. Richard N. Hess is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstruction surgeon in Tucson. He did his general surgical internship and residency at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency program. He did his residency in plastic surgery at the University of Rochester's Strong Memorial Hospital in New York. His special interests throughout his training were in cosmetics and hand surgery. He also had specialized training in the use of lasers. Dr. Richard N. Hess performs many of his cosmetic procedures at the Northwest Tucson Surgery Center on the Northwest Medical Center campus. He conducts his procedures in licensed medical facilities. He uses anesthesiologists approved by the board.
