About	Dr. Robert P. Schmid is a board-certified in plastic surgery. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in 1993 and with Honors from the University of Texas Medical School in 1997. Dr. Robert P. Schmid received additional training in cosmetic surgery at the Stuzin/Baker Fellowship in Miami and in breast reconstruction at the MD Anderson Clinic in Houston. He has performed thousands of cosmetic operations since becoming a plastic surgeon. Dr. Robert P. Schmid is compassionate and attentive to every patient he sees. He takes every effort to ensure that all questions are answered and that the patient is fully at ease with every operation to be done. Dr. Robert P. Schmid specializes in breast cancer reconstruction and is active in the Komen Race for Healing and the American Cancer Society. He was one of 19 nationally chosen residents to start the Plastic Surgery Residency in 1997.
